Eye Rest overview

Eye Rest is a native macOS menu-bar app that helps you keep the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes it reminds you to rest your eyes and fades your Mac into a full-screen hand-painted scene for the break, so you actually take it. Gentle heads-up before each break; free skip/snooze. SwiftUI, no Electron.
